Ring Of GamesRing Of Games is a series of special trivia games based on the British BBC series Richard Osman’s House Of Games, hosted by The Captain. Each episode usually consists of nine unique rounds each with a special set of rules, with the winner going on to challenge the Max Wrestling Television Champion - the original episode crowned the first ever Television Champion.
Due to the length, the Ring Of Games usually takes up an entire Pre-Launch Show two days before a special event. In the summer of 2022, weekly Ring Of Games bouts are planned to take place for four straight weeks, with a reduced number of rounds, and the overall winner receiving a Television Championship match at Fight For The Knowledge. If the player fails to answer correctly, the point goes to the opponent who wrote the chosen answer. Answer Smash The traditional final round in House Of Games (however, not introduced to Ring Of Games yet.) Players are shown an image and asked an unrelated question, and must combine the answers. (e.g. “Mr. Anderson” and “Sonny Kiss” becomes “Mr. Andersonny Kiss”) But What Is The Question? Players are given an answer and must match it to the correct question. If guessed correctly, the player receives a point and must also decide to either award a point to the best clue or remove a point from the worst clue. In House Of Games, this is “The Nice Round” - so called because there is no points removal in that original format, this was added for Ring Of Games. The player with the closest answer wins a point, and a bonus point for the exact answer. Jumbled Jukebox Random buzzwords from a wrestler's entrance song appear scattered across the screen.
