Chris DurhamChris Durham, nicknamed "Money Maker" is an American podcaster and blogger, host of We Talk Next, The Grand Slam, 3 And Out and We Talk Lady Hoopz. Trivia Career Money In The Iron Bank Durham entered the 2021 Iron Bank Challenge on the PromoMania VI Pre-Launch Show, competing against Chad Malcolm, Moses Marquez and Travis Anderson. In his first trivia battle, Durham was victorious, defeating Anderson in the head to head final, becoming the fourth Iron Bank winner, and first under the new format of having a year to cash in on either the Knowledge OR Promo Champion. Promo Career Making Money, Making History In late 2020, Max Wrestling introduced the Promobowl tournament. Unlike any other tournament, the PromoBowl had three winners and second chances. Durham entered the tournament, making his Max Wrestling debut. In the first round, he was due to face fellow newcomer Ronald Hill, but won via forfeit when Hill had a change of heart - Durham still cut a promo. In the finals, Durham defeated Max Wrestling veteran The Phoenix, making him one of the three PromoBowl champions and earning him a shot at the Promo Championship fatal-4-way. At Promo Series 5: Enemy Lines, Durham competed against Aleksandr Rowen (Travis Anderson), Moses Marquez and defending champion The Demoness - which was won by Marquez. Money In The World Shortly after Promo Series 5: Enemy Lines, Dazzy Dangerously's character The Jester announced three choices for the fans to vote for to face him at Podcast Promo Rumble 6 in a promo exhibition. Durham was voted ahead of Cypher and Daniel Crimmins. However, at the 300th episode of Max Wrestling in December 2020, Dangerously was crowned the inaugural Max Wrestling World Champion, which he decided to defend at Podcast Promo Rumble 6, making Durham the first challenger for the World Title. Dangerously later decided to compete as himself, rather than The Jester, and defeated Durham. In July 2021, Durham entered the third annual King Of The Mic tournament, defeating Ryan Sutcliffe in the first round. In the semi-finals, the score was evened by The Phoenix as he eliminated Durham and advanced to the final. Durham entered the second annual PromoBowl, but was eliminated by Moses Marquez. As promo competition later came to an end in Max Wrestling, Durham decided to step away to focus on his own endeavours. As he left, Durham handpicked The Phoenix to take over his Iron Bank contract.
